Are you having trouble submitting your reports from the field because of limited internet service or a smartphone camera problem? Please use the tips below to help.
Make pictures while in the field but do not submit the report.
Submit the report once you are somewhere with a reliable network connection, either cellular or Wi-Fi.
Use the recently added "Tap to set GPS location from map" button to find the location for the report.
Use the pinch motion on the map to zoom and use 2 fingers on the map to move around until you find the location.
To Upload Images, choose Photo Library to select pictures you made earlier at the location.
